We are a Nail Salon offering services ranging from Manicures & pedicures to Shellac, Dip, Acrylic and Waxing, but we intend to add more services as we learn and grow with industry trends.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

To our valued salon guests:

  • No-Show or missed appointments. (Failure to arrive for scheduled appointment)
  • Excessively late appointments. (more than 15 minutes are considered a no show)
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice.
We are revising our cancellation policy as such. Any person to Be excessively late, no show or cancel less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a 50% deposit to book future appointments. This deposit will go towards your bill total when the appointment is kept, but will be non-refundable in the instance that the guest no shows/cancels prior to the 24-hour period. Those with any kind of discount may also forfeit that discount in the instance of a no show, or less than 24-hour cancellation.
As beauty professionals, our personal and professional income is based solely upon services provided to you, our valued guests. Arriving on time for your scheduled professional service insures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your services and the services of others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day.
